Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut
Trek through rainforest.

Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
Cross into moorland.
Day 3
Acclimatization Day at Horombo Hut
Short hike to Zebra Rocks.
Day 4
Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
Cross the Saddle to base camp.
Day 5
Summit via Uhuru Peak, descend to Horombo
Midnight summit push, descend.
Day 6
Descend to Marangu Gate, transfer to Arusha
Final descent and certificates.
Day 7
Arusha to Ngorongoro Highlands
Drive to the crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
Full day inside the crater floor.

Fly to Zanzibar
Transfer to the airstrip, afternoon at leisure.
